Start with the Wisp location guide. Make sure you are looking for the quest spirit in the Enchanted Forest rather than searching a pet menu. Then read any access message in the game. A requirement you have not met is a different issue from a server that needs refreshing.
Check your existing quest
If you interacted with Wisp earlier, open the quest panel and inspect the active objective. Keep a note of the exact counter and any message displayed. Do not assume an empty spot means all progress is lost; the game panel is the better reference for your current state.
Refresh the session carefully
After checking access and the quest panel, leave and rejoin or try another server. These are troubleshooting suggestions, not guaranteed fixes. Take a screenshot of an unexpected message before leaving so you can compare what changes when you return.
When the problem continues
Check the game creator’s current announcements from the Roblox experience page. Record your biome, Speed, active objective and the message you see. Those details are more useful for a bug report than simply saying Wisp is missing. Our tracker cannot force an NPC to appear.
